Insurance Patients:

Verify your acupuncture coverage before scheduling by calling the customer service phone number on your insurance card or by checking online.

We accept:

BlueCross BlueShield, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Av Med (Acupuncture coverage subject to verification.)

Forms Of Payment:

Call/E-mail our office for our current fees.

We will estimate your first appointment deductible during your visit. We will charge you for deductible, co-insurance and copay at the time of service so you may submit your insurance claim immediately and will not receive a bill later on.

Check in at the front desk 10-15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment as we will have some additional medical history for you to complete. We are unable to begin your consultation without completed paperwork.
